1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Your name, username, and company details when you create an account.
• Company Data: Organization name, company code, and role assignments for team members.
• Loadout Data: Templates, checklists, and submission records you create within the app.
• Device Information: Device push token for sending notifications (only if you grant permission).
• Usage Data: Activity logs within your organization for audit and accountability purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Loadout Manager service
• Process subscription payments through our payment provider, Stripe
• Send push notifications about loadout activity within your organization
• Improve and optimize our application
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Ensure the security and integrity of our service

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure, which employs industry-standard encryption and security practices. Data is stored on servers located in the United States.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except as described in this policy.

4. Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card or payment details. All payment transactions are encrypted and handled directly by Stripe.

5. Push Notifications

If you grant permission, we collect your device's push notification token to send you alerts about loadout submissions and activity within your organization.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the app.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Within your organization: Information you submit is visible to admins and owners of your company account.
• Service providers: We use Supabase for database hosting and Stripe for payment processing. These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your company account, all associated data is permanently and immediately removed from our servers.

Company owners can permanently delete their company and all associated data directly from within the app at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Loadout Manager is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access your personal information
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
